hello..long time nv blog already..
hahss..the com got prob..
so, changed my blogskin..
cant find a suitable blogskin to change..
so its already holidays...lol
still have to go back to school for trg..siannn
holiday still got holiday assignment..lols..

anywayy, had trg on tues
and the trg was okay, although we ran 4 si ze..lols
then after trg we take videos and pictures.. for fun!!

today is a totally slacking day!
bored.
in the morning damn tired then till have to go to eat breakfast

today had trainning.
hahs, rained half way.
so went to do some wierd thingy which i cant get it right
but its fun though..><
then we went to do...-->AEROBICS!

then need to come back to school on 3rd november? for open house but
